1) Content that defames or threatens others;
2) Statements that are bigoted, hateful or racially offensive;
3) Content that discusses illegal activities with the intent to commit them or encourage others to do so;
4) Content that infringes upon another person's intellectual property, including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks or trade secrets;
5) Material that contains vulgar or obscene language or images; and
6) Advertising or any form of commercial solicitation.
7) Copyrighted material, including without limitation, software, graphics, text, photographs, sound, video and musical recordings, may not be placed on the page without the express permission of the owner of the copyright, or any other entity having legal entitlement to the use of the material.
Although the Monterey Institute does not routinely screen or otherwise monitor content posted by users to this page, the Institute reserves the right to remove content that violates any of the above terms or is otherwise detrimental to the Institute.
